What this site is

GummyPrism publishes editorial notes on free puzzle games available from Google Play. Everything you read here is opinion and description, written after playing the games ourselves. It is not professional advice, and it is not a promise about how any game will behave on your device.

Using gummyprism.com means accepting the terms on this page. If they do not suit you, please do not use the site.

Advertising disclosure

There is nothing to disclose, and that is the point. This site carries no advertising banners, embeds no ad network, accepts no sponsored entries and sells no placement in the shelf. The order of the games is editorial. No studio has paid us, supplied us with anything or reviewed our text before publication.

Outbound links go to the ordinary public Google Play listing for each game and are not affiliate links.

Ratings and figures

Ratings and rating counts shown beside each game are reproduced from that game’s Google Play listing as displayed for Australia on 18 August 2026. They belong to Google and to the players who left them; we neither calculate nor adjust them. Store figures move, so treat ours as a snapshot of that date and check the listing before you install.

Session lengths and difficulty notes are our own estimates from hands-on play and are plainly marked as such.

The Plus tier

A Plus tier at A$4.90 per month is described on the home page. It is in activation and cannot yet be purchased: this site operates no checkout, requests no card details and charges nothing. Pressing the Plus button only takes you to the notification form. Should the tier open, we will publish the price, the billing cycle, the renewal date and the cancellation steps before any payment can be made, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law will apply in full.

Independence and affiliation

GummyPrism is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Google LLC, Google Play, or any developer or publisher named on this site. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

Intellectual property

Game titles, icons, screenshots, characters and artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders and appear here for identification and commentary, which is a fair dealing for the purpose of review under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). All imagery on this site comes from the Google Play listings of the games we cover; we use no stock photography.

The written reviews, the page structure, the styling and the GummyPrism name are ours. Please do not republish them wholesale; a short quotation with a link back is welcome. A rights holder who would prefer an image removed can write to hq@gummyprism.com and we will act promptly.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not scrape the site wholesale for republication.
• Do not submit somebody else’s email address to the subscription form.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and reachable, but we publish it as it stands. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties about uninterrupted availability or the fitness of any listed game for your purposes.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees given by the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Where those guarantees apply and can be limited, our liability is limited to supplying the relevant service again. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission at accc.gov.au regulates that law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory and of the Commonwealth of Australia. The courts of the Northern Territory have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, which does not remove any right you have to bring a matter in another Australian forum where the law permits.

Age

The site is not intended for anyone under 15 years of age, and the subscription form should only be completed by someone aged 15 or over.

We may revise these terms; the version on this page with the date above is the one that applies. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Write to hq@gummyprism.com with any question about them.
